Here is one of my typical workouts. I get it done in 8 minutes and 50 seconds...I build dense muscles condition my cardio burn the fat off and get on with my day...This is what its all about. Why waste hours for nothing when you can do these types of workouts much more probable to pack the mass on a natural body?
